Dr Conceicao is fluent in English, Portuguese, and French. Translators are available for more languages.

Maintain healthy cholesterol levels by reducing saturated fats and increasing omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
Aim for at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily to ensure adequate vitamin and mineral intake. We are working closely with dieticians, possibility of refrral when needed.
